Our services include 2 times /month to check properties to make sure all is in good condition. We hire the repairman accordingly if repairs are needed. We provide “peace of mind” to each owner.

We manage each owner’s property/properties and rent them out when owners are not staying/occupied. We research various aspects of the rental markets and do aggressive marketing by using various tools. Most of the marketing materials we use are in multiple languages. We have successfully utilized a rental APP called “Buildium” to manage from rental application to effective screening process, monthly statements and payments. Each owner and tenant can access their portal online. We also take care of GET/TAT filings if the owner requests.
